Digital Twin
Before a single profile is cut, your home already exists in full — dimensioned, costed, with its openings, its service runs and its interfaces.
On a traditional site, design and execution drift apart. The drawing says one thing, the bricklayer does another, the electrician finds the problem, and someone knocks a wall down. Here, production and installation read the same model: they cannot diverge.
A model drawn once is reproducible. That is what makes your price calculable in advance — and what lets the BIM team expand the catalogue when workload allows, without starting from scratch.
The workshop
Automated unit. The frame, the insulation, the vapour barrier and the finishes are integrated in the workshop — what leaves for your plot is not a skeleton waiting to be clad.
The PVC line sits in the same workshop. Your windows don't come from a subcontractor waiting on its profiles — they come from next door. Nexus Windows also produces them for third parties.
More than 400 points checked as it leaves the workshop, on every home. At eye level, in the light, before shipping.
Short, clean, plannable. It's the part you will see — and it's the shortest of the process.
The materials
Nexus Building Solutions produces in light-gauge steel frame and in timber frame. The two are not opposed: light-gauge steel excels where loads matter, timber where the carbon footprint comes first. The choice depends on your project and your plot.
